The units
Each unit is a steel container with its own roller shutter door and a large painted number, so it's easy to find yours. They're arranged along wide, clearly marked aisles under a covered roof, which keeps sun and dust off and leaves room to wheel things in.
Two levels, and how we reach the top
Units are stacked on two levels. For the upper ones we use a scissor lift, so you're not hauling a fridge up a ladder. Our team operates it — you just tell us what goes up.
Moving heavy things
For palletised or bulky items we use a pallet jack on the warehouse floor. It's a small thing, but it's the difference between a move-in that takes an hour and one that takes all afternoon.
Who runs it
